Refund / Cancellation Policy: All payments/deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to postpone or cancel your surgery after your preoperative visit but only within 7-10 days before your scheduled surgery date, your surgical fee will not be refunded or credited at any time. However, if you cancel the surgery at least 30 (thirty) business days in advance, you are entitled to a credit and to reschedule the procedure, without incurring additional costs, for up to 6 months from the date of the originally payment or deposit. If no surgery is scheduled within the 6 month period, patient will forfeit any monies or fees of any kind that were paid in advance.
